It is commonly accepted that our level of consciousness is the result of our vibrations. The only way to raise your vibrations is through positive living. If you want to be happy, you must start by being kind to yourself. If you want more wealth, then practice wealth creation. For everything in life, there are corresponding instructions for how to raise your vibe.
In this post, I would like to share with you some of the most important and commonly overlooked but effective practices and teachings that I have learned through my own experience.
#1 – Meditate
Meditation is the most important practice of any positive vibe. I personally feel that meditation is the foundation for any positive vibration. It takes a lot of discipline and determination to practice meditation. I’ve made it a goal to meditate for at least 10 minutes every day, but I would not be able to do it without my daily dose of gratitude.
#2 – Gratitude Journal
Every morning before I wake up, I write down three things I am grateful for. It is something you do that forces you to notice the things in your life that are already good. It is the antidote to negativity.
#3 – Self-Care
Self-care is important. It is a self-loving act of taking care of yourself. It can be something as simple as taking time for yourself to listen to your favorite music, a hot bath, or a massage.
#4 – Do A Yoga Flow
Yoga is a great way to raise your vibrations. It has been widely used as a form of relaxation and part of a healthy lifestyle for centuries. Yoga is an incredible activity that incorporates all aspects of the body, improved flexibility, increased strength, and increased happiness.
Yoga can be done anywhere and does not require any equipment, so you can easily pick a short yoga workout from YouTube!
#5 – Take Care of Your Chakras.
The 7 chakras are your body’s energy vortexes that connect with the world around us. Chakra’s are located inside the body, and each chakra has a specific color. The chakra’s run from that base of your spine to the crown of your head.
When your chakras are blocked, energy can’t flow freely through your body.
This can cause physical and emotional imbalance. Take time to do practice deep breathing to help balance your chakras.
#6 – Eat Organic, Whole Foods
Whole foods are typically the best way to nourish your body. These foods are unrefined, contain the highest concentration of nutrients, and contain no added chemicals.
#7 – Block Negative People
Healthy relationships and friendships are crucial to well-being. It is important to surround oneself with positive people because negativity causes us to live in a state of fear. Your energy will lower, and your mood will plummet as a result.
In fact, we feel worse and become more and more negative as the number of people we surround ourselves with increases.
This is why it is important to spend time with people who make and keep you happy. You will keep them happy in return, with uplifting and empowering energy as a result.
#8 – Think Positive Thoughts
I am a firm believer in the power of positive thoughts. Not only does this belief provide a sense of security and hope, but it also creates an attitude that will lead you to your goals. There are many benefits to being positive. We feel more energized, have better health, and have a greater sense of success and self-worth.
We all have negative thoughts, but it is the constant bombardment of negative thoughts that we should try to avoid. “Positive” thoughts are simply thoughts that will lead you to what you want to do. When you are focusing on a positive thought it will be reinforced in your mind. The more you think about it, the more you will believe it.
#9 – Practice Affirmations
Affirmations are positive self-talk that is repeated in your mind. They can be either written or spoken. They can be about your present or your future. The most important thing about affirmations is that they are repeated in your mind.
As you repeat them, you will start to believe and believe in them. When you repeat positive affirmations, you will soon start to get the results you want.
#10 – Avoid Negative Self Talk
Negative self-talk can be very damaging to your life. It can ruin your health, relationships, career, and many other aspects of your life. When you negatively self-talk, you are already going to a low point. Actively correct yourself by saying “cancel” or “stop” anytime you’re talking bad to yourself.
#11 – Breathing Techniques
Breathing is something that we all do, but are you aware of the benefits that come with breathing properly? Breathing techniques can bring an abundance of physical and mental health benefits, as well as help one feel more relaxed. When you breathe deeply, you are able to release toxins from your body. Also, when you take deep breaths, it forces you to relax your muscles because they are being stretched.
#12 – Go For A Walk
Nature is a terrific way to decompress and relax and is often recommended as a way to deal with many of life’s daily struggles. For some people, the natural world is their preferred place: it can be calming and rejuvenating.
There are many different ways to engage with nature, such as camping or just taking a long walk outside. It doesn’t matter what you do or where you go, as long as it has that connection to nature.
#13 – Use Healing Crystals
Healing crystals are an effective and safe way to release energy. Crystal healing helps to clear your mind and body of negative thoughts and emotional blockages.
The best crystals for self-love and healing are amethyst and rose quartz. The energy is very nurturing, and if you have a very strong connection to these crystals, they can help you to stay grounded and balanced.
#14 – Do a Random Act of Kindness
Do you know anybody who needs a little boost of love? A random act of kindness can be done by making them a cup of tea, buying them a meal, or helping them do something they need help with. Donate your time or money to a local charity. Volunteering helps you to feel a sense of good and to help the world.
#15 – Cuddle Your Pets
The benefits of cuddling your pet include improved sleep, reduced stress levels, and less loneliness. When you cuddle with your pet, the release of oxytocin creates a sense of relaxation that allows you to drift off into a better night’s sleep. This releases tension from the mind and relaxes the stressed muscles in the body.
Cuddling also releases serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter that reduces anxiety and depression.
#16 – Laugh!
Start by smiling, even if you have to fake it until you make it. Otherwise, pull out the big guns: Watch your favorite comedy or read a funny book. Something that’s guaranteed to make you laugh and release those feel-good endorphins!
#17 – Work on Your Vision board
It’s a little reminder of your goals and it will help you get motivated again.
Raising your vibrations can be done with little effort. You only need to take a few minutes of your time each day to make a change in your life. By doing so, you will see great results in your moods, your confidence, and your overall happiness.
